Sous Chef will primarily be based out of our Midtown location, responsible to coordinate Commissary, endure kitchen quality for 5 locations, provide shift and break relief as needed. Report daily/weekly results directly to ownership. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of restaurant management experience in fast-casual or casual dining. Strong leadership skills: able to build, coach, and retain a team Proven ability to drive sales and profitability Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Entrepreneurial mindset—treats the store like it’s their own. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: \$65,000–\$75,000/year.
