The Coffee Company is a family operated restaurant, serving the community for 40 years. We are hiring motivated and experienced line cooks to join our fast-paced restaurant. Requirements: • 2 years of experience as a line cook in a high volume restaurant • Daytime and Weekend availability • Team player attitude • The highest standards for cleanliness and organization • A focus on details and food safety What we offer: • Competitive hourly wage + tips • Restaurant's hours: 7am-3pm (Cook's hours are generally 7am - 4pm) • Schedule: 4-5 days/week. Required Skills + Experience: - Minimum 2 years management experience in a high volume kitchen. - A genuine ability to train, develop, and motivate others - natural leadership ability. - Kitchen systems focused in a corporate environment. - Works well in a fast-paced environment. - Effective communication skills, both written and oral. - Ability to problem-solve effectively. - Excellent organizational skills. - Possess a passion for food quality and an eye for detail. - Demonstrate a professional attitude and foster a fun and collaborative environment. - Able to use Microsoft Office and other required computer programs. - Flexible schedule availability.
