ATWATER TAVERN is looking for a Part-Time Assistant FOH Manager position at ATwater Tavern in Mission Bay. We are located between SF Giants' Oracle Park and Chase Center, home of the SF Warriors and a full calendar of concerts all year. We are seeking a Part-Time Assistant FOH Manager to join the team on a part-time weekend basis: * Friday, 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM * Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM * Sunday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Candidates should possess basic managerial knowledge, Steps Of Service, Event Execution, Bar Service Awareness, Basic Aloha POS, Leadership Values, Charm and Tenacity as tools for success. We believe it is time to start having FUN! Qualifications: * Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers. * Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture. * Lead by example. * Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant with long-term staff. * Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize. Two years of management experience is required, along with FOH Restaurant experience (Bartender Or Server Or Both) with good references. This is primarily a floor/service management position with some additional administrative duties to be assigned. Compensation is $28/hour plus one daily meal, with a bonus formulated from Labor Cost success. Besides the sporting and entertainment venues nearby, we host a full complement of Events like small weddings and Corporate parties in our Event Space.
