This is a commission-based position for motivated, self-driven individuals. Maintenance Technician We are looking for a Maintenance Technician in East San Jose / Santa Clara. This will require travel to pickup materials as needed and go between two properties for maintenance. Qualifications: - Preferred experience in residential property management, hotel maintenance, or construction - May be required to provide and maintain own tools - Must have reliable transportation (local and Bay Area travel required) - Must be able to read and write basic English.
