Web Developer / IT Lead Responsibilities • Maintain and update websites (Ruby on Rails app, WordPress sites, custom PHP/HTML/JS/CSS). • Create and manage JotForms. • Manage domains, DNS, cPanel hosting, and Stripe accounts/payment links. • Troubleshoot IT issues; point of escalation for tech support. • Maintain and support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure/Power Platform, GitHub, LastPass. • Directly manage IT Technician. Requirements • Experience with web development (WordPress, Ruby on Rails, PHP, HTML, CSS, JS). • Familiarity with cloud/hosting platforms (AWS, Azure, cPanel, DNS). • Strong troubleshooting skills. • Able to explain technical issues to non-technical staff.
