This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. New Coaches can work *5-25 classes a week and can earn from $18 per hr up to $22 per hr. About Super Soccer Stars: Started over 20 years ago on the Upper West Side of New York City, Soccer Stars now serves over 20,000 children weekly across cities including New York, California, Boston, Miami, Chicago, Philadelphia, Texas, and Washington, DC. Our mission is to teach soccer skills in a fun, non-competitive, and educational environment where every child can thrive. Job Description: We are seeking highly energetic and passionate coaches to lead soccer classes for young children (15 months to 10 years old). Transport and Set Up Equipment: Carry, set up, and break down equipment before and after each class, ensuring the field is organized and safe. Lead Soccer Classes: Deliver high-energy, engaging, and age-appropriate soccer classes for children ages 15 months to 10 years in a safe, supportive, and fun environment. Ensure Safety: Supervise children closely, provide individual support as needed, and maintain an inclusive play environment. Communicate with Families and Staff: Interact professionally and positively with parents, caregivers, school staff, and administrators before, during, and after classes. Collaborate with Management Team: Share feedback, attendance updates, and any relevant class information with the office staff to support program quality and consistency. Model Professionalism: Serve as a positive role model for children and families by demonstrating enthusiasm, respect, and professionalism in all interactions. Requirements Must be available for weekend mornings (8:30 AM – 12 PM). Willingness to travel to different school/park locations across the city of Chicago. Car is required for travel to different locations. Prior experience working with children is required. Prior soccer experience NOT necessary. A dynamic personality: You must be able to connect with children and lead an exciting and engaging class. Punctual and dependable: Expected to arrive 15 minutes before class start time (paid time) to set up and prepare. Must meet company background check requirements. We do also have some weekday late afternoon hours available if desired. Candidates should have availability during the hours listed below: Saturdays: 9am-12pm Weekdays: 4pm-5:30pm (optional) THE PAY: Support Coaches will be paid $20 per/class, and classes typically run 40-minutes long. On weekends we have 3-4 classes stacked in a row in our various locations. Additionally, we pay a $10 per/day travel stipend for coaches that commute out of their home city for weekend classes. THE LOCATION: Classes will be held at local recreational centers in Novato, San Rafael, Petaluma and other areas of Marin and Sonoma Counties.
