Job Title: Commercial Plumber - Journeyman Location: Various locations in Iowa Pay: $25–$35/hour (Based on Experience) Per Diem: Offered if you live over 72 miles from the site and can provide proof $100.00/day Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Duration: Contract – Several months, with potential for extension to long term work Position Overview: Superior Skilled Trades is seeking experienced Commercial Plumbers for immediate contract opportunities in various locations in Iowa. This position involves interpreting blueprints, installing commercial plumbing systems, and ensuring all work meets code requirements and project specifications. Fulltime finish carpenter position 40 plus hours a week. Must be able to work overtime and Saturdays as needed. No experience needed but basic hand tool knowledge helpful. Must have own transportation. Most of our work is within a 30-mile radius of Iowa City. Job duties include but are not limited to: Installing kitchen and bathroom cabinets and tops, installing interior doors, installing casing and base trim, installing kitchen and bath hardware. Applicants must be able to lift and carry 60 lbs. Must also be comfortable walking stairs, bending and squatting. Year-round work, working primarily in climate-controlled conditions.
