You'll be working for a real estate development company. You can be highly experienced or still learning. Pay to be commensurate with your ability to handle various tasks. Ideally you're detail oriented and you aren't afraid to get dirty and work hard on those occasions requiring labor. Tasks could include anything from restoring windows, building/rebuilding a deck, siding, roofing, helping to maintain a manmade pond, landscaping/hardscaping, light demolition work, light moving, to general labor.
