Excellent analytical and mathematical skills Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a constantly changing, demanding environment.   Essential Functions Manage day-to-day paid social campaigns and optimization to achieve client goals, including: Build and optimize paid social campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization and campaign set up, implementation and management. Develop audience strategies and manage bidding/optimization. Support the Paid Social Lead with the day-to-day management of campaigns, reporting, and related tasks. Ongoing use of reporting, analytics and trend tools for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and optimization Work closely with third-party vendors such as Facebook to ensure implementation of recommendations and follow best practices for processes. Manage creative projects with our internal team or the client and keep track of deadlines, feedback, and other vital project details. Consistently look for ways to improve current processes or introduce innovative approaches that will contribute to Mod Op’s success. Requirements A bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, business, data, or another related field Internship experience in social preferred Knowledge of the basics of paid social metrics Basic knowledge of Google Analytics A great attitude, natural curiosity, resourcefulness, intelligence, and work ethic Desire to contribute to the creative and collaborative culture of the agency.
