The Digital Communications Manager would join the USM at a pivotal moment. Related experience may be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis, with one year of experience equivalent to 30 college credits (i.e., one year of full-time study). Candidates without a bachelor’s degree must have at least 4 years of directly related experience to substitute for the degree requirement.
