Compensation & Pay Range: Starting base salary: $41,717+ for Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education Starting base salary: $65,000+ for Teaching Certificate AND Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education Compensation listed above is based on the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning Salary Schedule. Help implement the Georgia Pre-K curriculum to prepare our children for success in kindergarten. Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. Assist the lead teacher in preparing lesson plans and instructing children in age-appropriate activities, according to the Georgia Pre-K curriculum.
