Requirements Key Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree in Taxation or equivalent is preferred. CPA certification is required. 8+ years of progressive experience in tax accounting and compliance, with a focus on leadership roles. Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and international tax laws and regulations. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Proficiency with tax software and accounting tools (experience with CCH Axcess is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
