Description

We are seeking a seasoned leader who is highly skilled and motivated in Cybersecurity to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can make informed business decisions related to cybersecurity and risk management for the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the field and be proactive in building and implementing solutions to enhance our cybersecurity posture. The candidate will have extensive experience with cybersecurity methodologies and a deep understanding of Microsoft products and configurations from a security standpoint. This role will primarily focus on working within the Microsoft suite of products, including but not limited to Microsoft Security, Defender, Purview, Exchange Admin Center, and Intune. Additionally, the candidate should have experience implementing NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) cybersecurity frameworks and guidelines within the Microsoft suite of products. Experience with network security, firewalls, and vulnerability scanning is preferred. Requirements ·      Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or five to seven years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. ·      Proven experience in cybersecurity leadership roles, with a focus on Microsoft products. ·      Ability to make strategic business decisions related to cybersecurity and risk management. ·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ·      Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity methodologies and best practices. ·      Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals are a plus. ·      High attention to detail, self-motivated, responsible, and an excellent communicator. ·      Ability to work well within a small team setting. ·      Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects to successful completion. ·      NIST Implementation: Experience implementing NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) cybersecurity frameworks and guidelines.
