Strong understanding of security controls, assessment methodologies, and tools used for information system security. Experience with security documentation processes including System Security Plans (SSPs) and incident reporting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Industry-recognized certification in Information Assurance (e.g., CISSP, Security+, CAP) is preferred but not required.
