Responsibilities: • Serve as the official BSIS-designated Qualified Manager (QM) for our PPO license. • Maintain compliance with all BSIS requirements and regulations. • Provide oversight of company operations related to the PPO license. • Advise management on legal and operational compliance matters as needed. • Be available to BSIS in case of audits or regulatory inquiries. Requirements: • Must hold a current California BSIS Private Patrol Operator Qualified Manager Certificate (QM for PPO). • In good standing with BSIS (no disciplinary actions). • Strong knowledge of BSIS rules, PPO requirements, and compliance obligations. • Prior management experience in the private security industry preferred.
