About Us HealingCrystals.com was founded in 2004 and served the global crystal healing community for nearly two decades. After a successful run, we’ve decided to close our operations—however, we still have over $200,000 worth of top-quality inventory (at our original cost) that we are looking to liquidate. Our inventory includes premium crystals and minerals sourced from Brazil, India, China, and beyond—sought after by collectors and crystal healing practitioners alike. Now, we're looking for a talented eBay Expert to help us efficiently and successfully sell off our remaining inventory. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced eBay Expert / Marketplace Specialist to take the lead on listing, managing, and selling hundreds of products through our eBay account. You’ll be responsible for creating high-performing listings using our existing product images, titles, and descriptions—most of which are already available on our website. You'll also manage customer communication on the eBay platform. Once an item is sold, our internal fulfillment team will handle packaging and shipping, as well as any post-sale customer service. You can work on your own schedule in any city. If you post and manage the ebay listings and manage sales on that platform, we can do the product fulfillment from our warehouse in Virginia. Key Responsibilities Create, manage, and optimize product listings on eBay using existing data from our website Write compelling, keyword-rich titles and descriptions that enhance search visibility and conversion Set pricing strategies based on market research and our cost structure Respond to customer inquiries, offers, and messages in a professional and timely manner Monitor sales trends, inventory movement, and listing performance metrics Ensure listings comply with eBay policies and best practices Identify opportunities to improve efficiency or scale using eBay tools and third-party apps Requirements Demonstrated experience running successful eBay stores or selling high volumes (please provide metrics, links, or examples) Deep understanding of eBay Seller Hub, SEO strategies, and eBay’s policies and algorithms Excellent written communication and customer service skills Highly organized and detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing needs Familiarity with listing tools such as Terapeak, InkFrog, Auctiva, etc. Bonus: Experience with other marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy, Walmart) Compensation & Benefits Earn 20% commission on every sale Work from home on your own schedule Opportunity to manage the liquidation of $200,000+ worth of inventory Flexible, remote work with a self-managed schedule High-quality, in-demand product line with proven sales history How to Apply Email your resume, a brief cover letter, and examples of your eBay selling experience (store links, screenshots, metrics, etc.) to this ad and please use the subject line: “eBay Expert Application – [Your Name]”.
