Pool Troopers is seeking Outbound Sales Representatives to support the growth of our Residential, Commercial and Repair sides of our business. This role is critical in ensuring our ability to actively engage with potential customers to generate sales pipelines and close new services with our customers. This role involves making outbound sales calls, and networking to build relationships in each one of our service verticals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong field sales services background within the industrial sectors such as pools, HVAC, landscaping, roofing etc. Primary Purpose: The Outbound Sales Representative is responsible for engaging high value leads11, navigating them through the sales process, and converting them into long-term customers to support revenue growth. This role plays a key part in capturing untapped NOS customers by collaborating with Marketing’s outbound efforts and proactively sourcing leads in the field. Job Description: Engage with pre-qualified leads and hunt NOS leads on-field by presenting service offerings, conducting site visits, assessing their needs, and negotiating pricing to close deals. Key Responsibilities: Outbound efforts: • Generate leads for commercial service and repairs through: Trade shows. • Apartment Associations & COMA Groups • HOA & Property Management Offices • Folder drop • Gather lead information to assess qualifications and ensure accurate contact data · Schedule the visit for assessment and hand off the lead to the department responsible for Quoting and Approval Maintain internal follow-ups with the Pool Troopers team to ensure closing. • Execute first follow-up after first job completion and handoff to Branch Coordinator Inbound efforts: · Capture leads, gathers customer information and convert leads to commercial and residential service and repairs though Marketing sends prequalified leads to the Sales Representative for pursuit. · Handoff leads to responsible department once the lead is ready for Quoting & Approval. · Maintain internal follow-ups with the Pool Troopers team to ensure closing. · Execute first follow-up after first job completion and handoff to Branch Coordinator Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in business or related field sales equivalent experience preferred. · 1-3 years of experience with Sales Development, Appointment Setting, Cold Calling and Outbound Messaging using tools like LinkedIn, Cold Emails or working with direct marketing/digital marketing campaigns. · Prior outbound sales experience with home service or route-based businesses. · Familiarity with pool services or other industrial sectors such as HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, or other decentralized distribution models strongly preferred. · Relevant sales experience outreach tools (CRMs, Prospecting & Automation Tools. · Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Bilingual capabilities with ability to speak Spanish strongly preferred. · Excellent communication and collaboration skills. · Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
