$1,100 Room for rent in 3BR - Pawtucket

We have a room for rent in Pawtucket with a 1 year lease. You will be sharing the apartment with myself and one other roommate(room currently open) but I will rarely every be home as I travel a lot for work. All utilities and Wi Fi are included. There will be a $500 deposit collected with first month's rent prior to move in. Conveniently located right off the 95, 10 min walk from the train station, 3 min drive from oak hill. A $50 Background check will be ran thru the app and credited towards first month rent if approved. The apartment is fully renovated last month with updated kitchen and bathroom. Currently scheduling showings for Saturday the 9th
