Looking for someone similar that is clean and doesn't bring the party home. :) About the house: -Quiet street off of Annandale -Common areas are furnished -4 bedrooms: 2 on each floor -2 full baths -Great location close to the Cliff Walk, Bellevue Ave & a short walk to downtown -Huge backyard -hardwood floors throughout house, an eat-in “country kitchen” with slider door to the deck -Great storage with multiple closets in common areas plus a large basement with washer & dryer and a lot of space for storage -Driveway (tandem) parking -Common spaces are professionally cleaned monthly (we split cost) About your space (bedrooms are unfurnished): Large room: L shaped room with enough room for a large bed, dressers, desk, small couch etc.! Has standard closet and two windows. Second, smaller room: has two closets (one standard, one with shelves) and one window Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. Your own private bathroom is spacious w/ double sinks and storage shelves.
