WELCOME =) We are a multi-unit property that has "unfurnished" single room occupancy vacancies for monthly rates starting as low as $900.00 for 1 person. We can "furnish" it with a bed frame, bed, microwave and dresser for an additional $100.00 and to add an air conditioner that will also be an additional $100.00. The rate will go up for an additional person or pet. Low deposit of $400.00 required. These units are private but will share a private restroom amongst 3-4 other private units. There is a total of 3 restrooms in the home, so if the one closest to your unit is occupied you're more than welcome to use the other two. There is a large living room area and kitchen that comes with a stove that is also shared amongst all tenants. Around the outside of the property there is a few areas that have benches that you can sit and enjoy the sun. We are doing some awesome upgrades to the inside and outside of the home. Wifi is coming soon!! We are in walking distance to a bus stop which is the 936 and down further is a gas station, 711, taco shop and other small businesses.
