Four (possibly five) bedroom, 1.5 bath, brick townhouse in lower Allston.
 Washer/dryer in basement. Full back patio, private bedrooms, gas stove, hardwood floors.
 Two communal spaces: one on the first floor with a grand piano, the other is on the second floor with a bay window. A ton of natural lighting. All available bedrooms will be unfurnished and we have quite a bit of free space available for furniture. Walking commutes: 10 min to 70/71, 7 min to 66 and 64, 10 min to 57, 15 min to green B line. Corner convenience store half a block away, Trader Joe’s within 10 min walking, same for a Star Market and Stop and Shop. About us: One (she/her) is a private chef, and Two (he/him) is a professor at BU. It’s a very relaxed and quiet household, good for coming home to after a long day. Looking forward to keeping it as such :) He has lived in this residence for eight years, and she has lived here for seven.
