ISO a third female roommate, preferably in their 20s-early 30s, to share a townhome off Austin Bluffs and Academy. Rent is $950/month with an additional $100 utilities/wifi/garbage/etc. monthly. Everyone has their own private bathroom in their bedroom, and there's an additional guest bathroom on the main level. You would have two rooms in the basement, like a bedroom and an office. The second roommate and I both love reading, hiking, and Jesus! She is a rock climber and I'm a martial artist. We are very clean, and a clean shared space (kitchen and living room) is important to us. We have a neighborhood pool as well! We back up to Palmer Park, so accessing trails is convenient.
