About the house: Located along Burn Road, less than a mile outside Arlington, the house backs a green belt, giving it a private country feel. The home is mid-entry, 5 bedroom/2 bath, 1752 sq ft, and is situated on a fully-fenced half acre lot. Rooms Available: Two adjacent, unfurnished bedrooms on the lower level. $900/month total to rent both. I'm only looking for one person total. Terms: A month to month rental agreement will be required. First month's rent along with a $300 security deposit are due at time of move in. NO SMOKING/VAPING, DRUGS, OR CHILDREN. These are all deal-breakers for me. I'll be running a background/credit report. I'm not charging you for utilities. You're just paying the flat monthly rental amount. Pets: I have two giant breed dogs and a cat so, needless to say, you need to be an animal person. (Just imagine dogs that look and sound like Chewbacca and you'll have a good idea of what you're in for.)
