Also i have a big good size room furnished also downstairs part of my house. For the Big furnished room I'm looking for a Single male open open-minded, gay friendly with a full-time job and clean but that *ISN'T*on Parole. I rent to guys on Parole in the downstairs part of my house but you don't need to be on Parole to live downstairs. The downstairs small room I'm asking $600 plus deposit and a 6-month Room Rental Agreement and the Upstairs Big furnished room I'm asking $800 plus deposit also a 6-month Room Rental Agreement.
