MUST like dogs, I have 2 and they will not go in your room but will greet you when you come in the house, no drugs or hard drinking, outside smoking ok. I can not stress this enough MUST be clean and tidy and MUST like dogs or it will not be a good fit and will be asked to move, so please be honest!! Must have references and stable verifiable income. I'm 58 female, a very quiet and clean home and looking for the same.
