You’ll be close to all the major transportation hubs in Los Angeles like the RTD, UNION STATION and 5 blocks away from DTLA!!! You MUST HAVE FULL DAYTIME EMPLOYMENT outside of this space. This place has LIMITATIONS….. Which are… 1. NO MAIL SERVICE or Deliveries allowed. Mail gets lost from time to time and I can’t be responsible. You must have proof of a PO Box or another address for mail. 2. 2 MEDIUM SIZED BAGS ONLY and I give you bins, a desk and shelves for keeping items straight. You also get a shelf in the bathroom. You must keep your items in your personal area. 3. The MAID SERVICE IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT and she vacuums all areas, including yours once a week. NO EXTRA CHARGES 4. NO KITCHEN ask about a coffee maker… This place didn’t even come with a refrigerator 5. NO VISITORS and the Host doesn’t entertain others either…. 6. There’s ONE HOUSEHOLD CAT and the maid cleans every day after the one animal. No more pets are allowed 7. 420 IS ALLOWED but only in the smoking area and within reason. It’s a small apartment complex so we can’t have people running in and out past 10:00 pm all night. Again this is month to month and hopefully this will be a great fit.
