$750 Bedroom for Rent (Lake Havasu City, AZ)

Senior female with a furnished bedroom for rent. The room is for a single person only and no pets. Visiting nurses, doctors and students are welcome. My house is on the southside of town so a car is a must and parking is on property. about a 12 minute ride to hospital, town and schools. No smoking in house but outside on patio is fine. Will have use of pool in summer, kitchen privileges with your own refrigerator and bathroom to be shared with another tenant I may have at the time. WIFI and a smart TV and utilities and W/D are included with rent of $750.00 monthly, $250.00 deposit, $50.00 will be retained for cleaning.
