$715 / 2br - 108ft2 - Room for rent in friendly community 6-plex in cozy inner NE (NE Portland - Concordia Neighborhood)

Hey I'm looking for a new roommate to join our little apartment community. My name is Cameron 35/m and I've lived here almost 11 years now. I've got a a rather shy but well behaved short hair tabby cat who I adore. The common spaces of the apartment are fully furnished and there's partial furnishing in the room if you need it as well. There's a double bed with frame, desk and nightstand left by a previous roommate and in good condition. no sheets though. We have two AC units and a washer/dryer in unit with what i would consider to be a well equipped kitchen if you like to cook (im so so at it haha). The living room feels spacious and comfy with a leather couch and the porch is well covered (for enjoying the rain) has a fantastic view of far off trees and the sunset, i love it. We're in an upstairs unit so less noise. So back to the community aspect, we all have grown pretty close here and support each other in a way that probably comes off as old fashioned. We go on walks, we have BBQ's and bonfires together and there is a garden plot if you like gardening. We got a hammock out front too. I spend a decent amount of time next door at April's house so there would be some time to yourself when I'm not around. She's a lovely person. We do do drugs here sometimes but none of us keep a bag of anything on us, we're just open minded about it in general as long as you're healthy about it, its discreet too. Now to the financials. the water sewer and garbage is included in the rent and the electric and comcast bills combined usually come to $300 or so, sometimes more sometimes less, but we do have ass kicking internet. So we just split that cost every month and that's it. I want to mention that if you want to be private and don't feel like being social that's totally fine. I've had 2 super introvert roommates that worked out great. I'm usually pretty quiet myself. If you want to be on the lease you'll have to apply at Pure property management but I am not opposed to doing a sublet because quite frankly they never check on us and I've never seen them here so its just corporate hoops.
