One large bedroom for rent located on the basement level. Basement bathroom has shower and is shared by two other tennants. Cleaning of the bathroom(s) is done on a weekly basis and is shared by each floor tennant. You are required to clean up after yourself in common areas; bathroom, kitchen, and laundry area, etc, The house does not have central air, so no A/C in the summer, and baseboard heat in the winter months.
