$700 / 2br - Needing Roommates. Two Rooms Available (Columbus)

Hi. I have two bedrooms that I want to rent in my home so looking for roommates. One room is furnished with a queen bed, the other room is upstairs and unfurnished (larger roomy loft). Kitchen shared and full access to the 2nd bathroom which is connected to a shared hallway. Each room I'm offering at $700/month or $175/week. Currently the AC is not working so terms are liberal. The house is in a decent neighborhood and fully fenced in. Nice home. Please note - Upon agreement some of the funds will be utilized towards an AC window unit so that your stay will be more enjoyable. Additional Terms can be accommodated and will be considered.
