Therefore my room mate chose to accept a position in Orlando and dump Tampa (which was very foolish of his) - anyways, I have this open apartment and I need somebody who is cool to share the rents. it is really cool here and I wish I could find someone that understands it, you know. Unpretentious, all I need is a laid-back person who is seeking a good residence. The room is a bedroom with good natural lighting and it is private. Ceiling fan and central AC (thank god to Florida summers) A nice closet space 675 dollars and one-half of the utility (approximately 55 dollars per month) 1 ba/2 bd at Tampa heights Full-size refrigerator Dishwasher kitchen Living room that was great to watch games on Lightning More Grill in the backyard to be able to have some cookouts during the weekend Parking (never had problems to find parking spaces) 10 minutes stroll across downtown and Riverwalk Near Armature Works to sell during the weekends Close access to beaches (20 mins Clearwater) Just across most of the good restaurants in Florida Ave USF students can find bus line right outside I am Alex (28) and I work downtown and I am in marketing but I am originally from Miami. Quite mellow, like to keep things neat, like to have people on my couch when the Lightning are playing. Searching someone who would like to be real roommates and not ghosts.
