Private room in house near downtown. 18th and Vermont...near gas station, liquor store and dillions all walking distance. Great location. Big backyard with trampoline, garden beds and fire pit. Large room but shared bathroom. Would be sharing the upstairs with a 65 yr old male. He works full time and very laid back. Fully furnished or I can take bed out if want to bring own. No deposit no bills, wifi provided. Two dogs live in house but are very sweet and won't bother you unless you want them to. Please no synthetic fragrance in the house.
