I have a 2600 sq. foot home with 4 bedrooms. Home has a huge yard, cats indoors & outdoors. I have 1 bedroom with private bathroom available for $650 - for 1 person, $750 for 2, (a married couple or a parent & child) - includes all utilities – TV and WiFi hookup provided. Month to month – $100 non-refundable deposit and $100 cleaning deposit. Would share home with 73 y/o female (owner), and 55 y/o female and 39 & 37 y/o males. Washer & dryer in home. Share kitchen & fridges/freezers. Located in Kingman. I am looking for someone who is responsible, non-smoker, no vape, no drugs, no alcohol– and will keep the space clean and be respectful to others in the home. Plenty of parking, large yard.
