$600 / 1br - 100ft2 - Female Housemate for large home (with rent reduction) (Newton)

Hello. This is an unusual housemate situation so please read carefully. The rent is actually $ 275 / month given you perform 1-5 hours (max) per week of house work. The work is to clean and re-supply our two registered AirBnb spaces (turnovers). Each housemate can choose which turnovers she wishes to handle and usually can choose at least one week ahead. Sometimes the turnover must be done between the hours of 11:00AM (check-out time) and 6:00PM (check-in time for next rental). It takes 1-2 hours per turnover, so figure your work schedule MUST permit you to handle an occasional turnover between 11:00AM and 6:00PM. Example: if you are a schoolteacher and get off of work at 3:00PM, that would allow you enough time to come home and handle a turnover to be complete by 6:00PM. We have a quiet household in a large old Victorian home in Newton. You will have your own bedroom and share a bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, recreation room in basement, and other rooms. Small bedroom comes with some furnishings but you can use your own furnishings if you wish. Storage space available and secure garage for bicycles. Off-street parking. Laundry room in basement. High-speed WIFI and utilities included in rent. 3 minute walk to commuter rail to Boston; 15 minutes to downtown Boston. Bus lines and Mass Pike close at hand. Current residents are owner (male, 71 yrs young and highly respectful) and housemates (female, 55 yrs, female 40 yrs, and female 70 yrs old, who is departing and we will miss her!) We have had younger housemates (e.g. women younger than 35 yrs) who lived here for several years and got along very well in our household. We are an educated household with humanitarian values. Quiet household after 10:30PM. Housemates share in upkeep of areas they use. Start date is after November.
