Parking available in the backyard. 15 min to down town Nashville, 15 min to Brentwood, 15 min to Green hills No smoking in or out, no drugs of any kind, no heavy drinking, no pets, no boy friends visiting , no kids, no drama, no partying, no noisy habits. Just quiet enjoyment of your privacy and peace. $560 cash only + 560 refundable deposit. minimum stay 3 months.
