$550 large master bedroom with private bath on propert just outside of town (kingman)

Hello I am offering Private room and bath. This room is like a mini apartment. its large!. Great internet, washer and dryer on site for women only. Large, well equipped kitchen. Basic furnishings $550 month to month with a deposit required The room is in a custom, ranch style home. There is a 67 year old man renting the other room. No drugs or smoking, He's quiet and keeps to himself. I work in town and am generally gone around 6 am and come home to sleep. If you choose the place you would be the third and final tenant. We are quite, there is no smoking or vaping. If you use 420 medicinally that's fine, outside only. We do not SPRAY CHEMICALS or burn incense. NO DRAMA. I do have dogs. You must provide your own food and have transportation. PLEASE be gainfully employed or have consistent income to meet your responsibilities.
