You would have a private bedroom with your own bathroom inside the room. The kitchen and living area are shared spaces. The location is excellent with easy access to everything you might need. The room is furnished and ready for move in. Ideally I am looking for someone interested in a long term stay but short term is also fine. The rental is set up on a month to month basis and includes fast internet and all utilities. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a washer and dryer available for use.
