Hi there, I’m looking for a renter to take over my lease of my fully furnished studio apartment on Benefit & Meeting St — it’s a 10-minute walk from Brown and perfect for someone looking for a quiet, central spot on College Hill. I've loved living here, but will be moving out of Providence for a job. Rent is $1475/month, and that includes all utilities + wifi + furniture. The lease runs through May 2026 with option to renew. Move-in date is flexible, but ideal timing is around August 15th to late-August. Rent will be prorated if needed. Some details: This studio is approx 20 x 20 ft (with lock - bedroom + private bathroom). It is furnished with queen bed, desk, chairs, dressers, and sofa (furniture can be put in storage if desired). The landlord has also provided a personal fridge + microwave, A/C unit, and central heating. SHARED full kitchen (with dishwasher, fridge, storage). There are ~10 tenants in the building, but only about 3-4 use the kitchen. There is laundry in building, and ample free street parking nearby.
