We are looking for a female professional or graduate student to be our roommate in a 3-bedroom apartment. We are the landlords and used to live with the roommates but have recently moved upstairs into the second floor (a separate unit entirely). We can bring paid witnesses who verify that we're trustworthy, not annoying, and have had roommates for about 20 years. One male student (from Germany) is already living in this bedroom and will leave in October. The other tenants share a bathroom and are both female. We are looking for someone who is clean and can enjoy downtime with cooking, movies, TV, dinner parties, or BBQs. This isn't a crazy party house (We have a 11-year-old living with us in the separate upstairs unit), but rather a place where the roommates can kick back, relax, and have some fun. Although we live upstairs now, we hope to have a sense of community where we occasionally go out together or chill out at home, and we are looking for someone who can add to that sense of community. We're doing murder mysteries, so that's our level of nerdiness.
