We are looking to fill our master bedroom with a private bathroom in in Live Oak starting October 1st. It is $1960/month as a single or $980/month each as a double. The master bedroom is a sizable space and includes a private bathroom and double sliding doors out to a back deck in the yard, which also can work as its own private entrance/exit. A big plus of the house is its spacious backyard and that it’s within walking distance of trader joe’s and target. We are a group of three working professionals and grad students who have loved and enjoyed living in this house for the past few years and are excited to welcome new folks in.
