This is a lovely historic home with loads of natural light, high ceilings, lots of windows and hardwood floors throughout. Your room is spacious, bright and airy with large windows and breezy linen curtains. The kitchen has a set of French doors opening onto the deck, plenty of counter space with two sinks, a stainless steel refrigerator and new appliances. You will have your own cabinet space. There is a verdant flagstone patio out back. There is one flight of stairs. There is laundry and parking. This is for one person only. Please no smoking, no drugs, no pets and no overnight guests. Bills are shared. The location is amazing! The Sonoma Plaza, our hub for shops, restaurants and all kinds of activity, is just a few minutes walk away, as are Sonoma Valley Hospital, walking paths, grocery stores and banks.
