Plus there are hard wood floors and the room is situated at the front of the flat, my space is at the back, so there is decent privacy. Keeping common areas clean is very important. The kitchen is large, fully equipped with dishwasher and large table. The laundry room is off the kitchen. The street is a residential one and it’s close to Washington Square Park. I am a female, in my mid 50s, working full time downtown and stay very active with outdoor activities. I am looking for a mature, well adjusted professional who also works outside the home.
