If you are in your late 20's or 30’s, like things clean and are relaxed you should come check out the spot. The room can come with everything you see in the pictures to use and no problem if you are just interested in a shorter term lease. We have our own washer and dryer and storage space in the garage if needed. There's plenty of untimed street parking and a Safeway just a block away as well. The beach and Golden Gate Park are also super close. Rent is $1475 which includes all utilities and lease is just month to month.
