The property has a large backyard, housekeeping of living areas monthly, internet, utilities, on-site laundry, off street parking, is close to beautiful Crystal Lake, Cold Spring Park, and other accessible outdoor areas, and is a short walk away from Whole Foods (and Walgreens)! The D line is also less than a10 minute walk away, so there is easy access to downtown. All tenants share the living area and kitchen, along with a law office managed by the owner. The home is clean, bright and sunny. Everyone here is neat and quiet, and we'd like to keep it that way. Undergraduates need not apply; women preferred.
