Hi, One of our roommates is moving. We are looking for a social roommate to fill her spot in the Master bedroom. The room is 250+ sqft, it's huge. It has a master bathroom and large closet. The house is a 2700 sqft 6-bedroom house. It is community house so we want someone who will hang out and be social with the rest of the roommates. There are 5 roommates. We all have our introvert sides too, but want someone who we can be friends with! Rent is $1350 + 1/6 PGE (about $65- $100 per month) Deposit is $1350 • Month to month lease with 30 days’ notice. • I’ll need to do a criminal, credit check, and previous landlord check on anyone that wants to rent.
