Hi! My roommate and I are looking for one more (preferably female) roommate for a private bedroom in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment located on Hull St, in the North End. We're both young female working professionals. Rent is $1334 per month with heating and hot water included, and the apartment has in unit laundry. The kitchen is recently renovated with granite countertops and a dishwasher. Move in date is flexible anytime from now up to October 1st, and the lease runs until August 31st of next year. The apartment is conveniently located within a 10 minute walk of both the orange line and the green line, and right down the street from the Old North Church. There are grocery options nearby including Star Market at North Station, the Haymarket outdoor market, and plenty of local shops. Since it's on a side street, it's a bit quieter than the main touristy streets, while still being close to everything the North End has to offer! The room is unfurnished but does come with a standing wardrobe. No pets allowed, unfortunately.
