This rental includes a private master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, access to a free shared washer & dryer, and a quiet, large backyard perfect for relaxation. **There is no access to the rest of the house (e.g., kitchen, living room). For privacy, we are separating the master bedroom into it’s own standalone studio. We are open to helping make it as comfortable as possible for you. The backyard features a shaded picnic-style table and chairs, a lounge chair, and a grill. For fitness enthusiasts, I offer a Rogue Echo bike, powerlifting equipment (squat rack, assorted bars, competition plates), and other exercise equipment like dumbbells and medicine balls, available for respectful use. Located on a quiet, suburban-feeling dead-end street, this home is close to VTA Bascom Station, multiple bus routes, Pruneyard, and the Los Gatos Creek Trail. We have two adorable dogs that use the backyard, so you must be comfortable with pets. Master Bedroom: • Bedroom Size: Approximately 13.5’ x 12.5’ • Private ensuite bathroom with a shower • Spacious walk-in closet • Heating/Cooling: A mini-split system provides excellent heating and cooling for the Master Bedroom, allowing you to control the temperature to your liking. • The bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed, dresser, small refrigerator, microwave, desk, and chair. We are also open to getting a hot plate for the unit. • Laundry: Free washer & dryer shared with only one other person, located in the hallway directly outside the Master Bedroom • Internet: Wi-Fi is included through the house’s AT&T account, with typical speeds of ~150Mbps for both download and upload in the Master Bedroom.
