Room for rent in a gated condo community. You will have access to the entire space, except for the master bedroom. The amenities include a kitchen, washer/dryer, and a swimming pool. The available bedroom is located upstairs and features a private sink, a walk-in closet, and a shared shower (Jack and Jill style). The upstairs toilet will be designated for your use, while I will utilize the downstairs half bath. The following utilities are included: gas, electricity, water, trash, and internet. No pets allowed, please. A $500.00 deposit and the first month's rent of $1,200.00 (totaling $1,800.00) are required on the day of move-in.
