The room is located by the kitchen and common area. The North-facing window allows plenty of natural light into the living space, with a small closet space and a nook that can fit a twin-sized bed. It is unfurnished except for a twin mattress and bedframe. The unit features a well-equipped kitchen with a variety of appliances, dishwasher and granite countertops. There are two shared bathrooms, a small common area with a couch, counter-top seating and a small balcony that seats two. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. The apartment also has a patio area with seating and a bike rack. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the Red line at Central. 10-minutes in the other direction will put you at Inman’s square, a hotspot for bars and restaurants.
