$1,100 / 2br - Private Room in Sunny Mission 2-Bdrm. Unfurnished (mission district)

Hello, internet. I have a room available in my 2bd/1ba apartment on 19th St between Valencia/Mission. The move in date is sometime between 9/20 - 10/1. I’m open to stays as short as a two months up to 9 months. If you move in before 10/1, rent will be prorated. If this ad is up, it’s still available so if you’re interested please email me about yourself, your daily schedule, when you would want to move in, how long you would want to stay, and tell me when you’d be free to see it in person or over video chat. The room is 8x10 with a 2x3 closet and a large window. It can accommodate up to a queen bed. The apartment is a top floor Edwardian w/ hardwood floors, living room, full kitchen, a little sunroom, and an outside back stair landing area. The shared bathroom has a clawfoot tub and bidet. Bike storage is available in the basement. No off street parking and on street is a pain. I'm 41, cis fem, and queer. I work from home in the living room so I'd prefer a roommate that is busy out of the house on weekdays during the work day. Nights and weekends I hang out with friends, watch tv/movies, make stuff, go to shows, read, etc. Omnivore. I'm looking for a roommate who is fairly tidy in common areas, considerate, and whose schedule works with mine. I don't drink alcohol and prefer that it's not a major theme of your time spent in the common areas. 420 ok. I can’t have pets, couples, and no smoking anything indoors or on the back landing. Rent is $1100. Deposit depends on how long you plan to stay, but no more than $1100.
